I have a heat pump so how will an
ESA help me?
A heat pump operates 12 months out of the year so it is working when the
outdoor temperatures range from 0 to 110 degrees. It really needs to be serviced
twice a year.
But why do I have to pay up front before any of the work has been
performed?
Your ESA coverage begins the day you pay for it and can run up to 3 years in
length. The information is immediately entered into our computer system so that if
at anytime you have an emergency service we will be sure to give you your 15% discount on
labor and parts. As soon as you pay for the ESA we will schedule the 1st tune up and
you can begin to save money.
Why can’t I just get the discount without the ESA?
The only reason we are allowing a discount is that we are confident that your
unit will not breakdown due to the thorough tune up we perform. In today’s
competitive market we are always trying to keep our prices as low as possible so we can
only limit this large discount to our ESA customers.
