| WHAT IS AN ESA? ESA stands for Energy Savings Agreement. They are designed to provide
our customers with regular, uninterrupted quality maintenance of their hvac systems by
professionally trained tune-up technicians. Under an ESA agreement, professional tune ups
and cleaning of systems are done three times the first year and twice every year that it
is renewed. They are scheduled automatically with a reminder phone call to our
customers. Monthly or quarterly maintenance is available for commercial customers
with heavy demands. Our ESA customers receive Extra Special Attention -- they never pay
for a service call, receive priority service by getting put ahead of non-ESA customers and
